Thank you for shopping with Union City of Georgia Fragrances.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed manufacturer packaging only. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened, used, or damaged items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in the original, sealed manufacturer packaging
• The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or unsealed fragrance products
• Items not in their original manufacturer packaging
• Items showing signs of use or tampering

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
